Waist: 38” resting, stretches to 42” max, tightens as much as needed.

These wear a little too long on me, but fit everywhere else.
Material: unknown, most likely a polyester/spandex/nylon.
etc: Minor stains/wear. I had to replace the missing waist tie, you could swap it for another color/material!
Sheer material, would be really cool for a festival/party/costume/etc!
