Common Q+A’s

Do you accept Custom orders?

Short answer, YES!

I try to limit custom orders on a weekly basis, so check in with me to see when slots open!

Commissions via DM or Email are first come, and must be paid in full before securing a spot.

I am able to create a variety of customs, depending on my skill level and general interest in the project!
I do not create copies of other small business’s work. But I’m more than happy to make something with my personal style.

Do you ship outside of the us?

Technically, yes!
While I don’t offer a flat rate shipping option through checkout, I am more than happy to figure out an accommodation.

Please message before placing an order so we can work out shipping costs!
Under 4lbs in weight is typically 30$ in shipping, while over 4lbs can be closer to 60$

When is your next site drop?

I try to drop on the website every 2-3 weeks depending on how many custom orders I receive!

Check the homepage or my Instagram bio for updates!

“Can I ship a blanket or clothing item to you?”

You totally can!
If you found a blanket you want transformed into a jacket, or a clothing garment you want upcycled, send me a message!

Custom orders for sent in material is a case-by-case basis.

My package never arrived, what do I do?

Sometimes packages get lost along the way to their new home!

I ask that you message me as soon as you notice the problem, and I will check in with the postal service.
Every order receives a tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout.

Once we figure out what is wrong, I can work on filing an insurance claim or re-mailing and returned packages out.

*Please keep in mind, any packages that were given the wrong address at checkout are responsible for any additional shipping charges.

At the end of the day, mistakes happen, and I want to make sure you are happy! :)
